Oh... and to make matters worse... expected delivery of the rainwater tanks on Thursday... they didn't arrive...

Got a call about 13:00 today... from a driver... to say he was outside my place and where did I want the tanks...

I told him where... and he rang back a couple of minutes late to say... "mate... there's no way I can fit these tanks around there"...

Perplexed I asked why not, as there was plenty of room for 2 x 2500L slimline tanks...

Only to be told ... "mate, these aren't slimlines... they're 3000L round tanks"...

Not only sent the wrong tanks down, but after I asked... they got the damn colour wrong as well....

Now they reckon it could be another week before they get the right tanks to me...

@#!#$!... I'm gunna kill someone...

On a brighter note... the shed will be wired next Tuesday... and the big system commissioned...

And on an even better note... The Holmes-A-Courts have invited me to attend and demonstrate the system to a gathering of friends and family on the 16th of August... where they will be exhibiting all their sustainability features...

So are they employing a gardener to do the work from here on? I can't imagine they'll be doing it all themselves?

With the curtain winders how good is the seal between the curtain when it is down and the front and rear panels.

Would also be really handy to know who you got the GH froms

Stuart, when down there's a small gap between the side curtains and the end panels... how much heat loss does that equate to overnight... really don't know...

I hope to install a temperate logger to gather some data....

The greenhouse was supplied by David Gill Greenhouses... in Victoria.... be sure to mention my name...

Good bit of work there. Looking forward to seeing the completed project photos and of course hearing about the event in October.
