Hi tried to do a search but couldn't find the answer so here i go...

What is the recommended flow rate/flood and drain rate for a grow bed every hour?

im using 200L blue barrels, so thats a 100L grow bed. How many times should it flood and drain every hour?

You want to aim to turn over your fish tank water once an hour

I've got some beds that flood twice an hour, some that flood once every two hours, some people have beds that flood and drain every ten minutes. They all seem to work.

The more important part is to move at least the volume of your fish tank each hour.
