I'm going to not have my beer tonight, even though fresh planting into my GB's may merit it, shall wait till at least tommorrow when the plants show some sign of being happy with their new home to celebrate...

Hahaha so true!

Although it holds a lot of fibre! My sauce concists of: 2 or 3 eggplant, 2 zucchini, bag of shrooms, punnet cherry toms, a red onion, 3 cans of crushed toms 3 gloves garlic, splash of red and olive oil salt, pepper and herbs to taste

Served on wholemeal pasta! Sure winner in my household! Kids devour it in seconds!

I'm having my second beer of the day now to mourn the loss of the oldest remaining fish in my system, the ones in it now were all part of a second batch. I hope I've finally managed to fix that murdering SLO, otherwise there'll be a lot more mourning to come :upset:

sorry to here about the fish Abdul, but more mourning = more beer drinking, so to every negative there is a positive :?
What's the best beer in Karachi?

Absolutely FABULOUS upgrade shaker :D :thumbleft:

We just have one brand of local beer Nocky, it puts out two products called 'Millenium' and 'Classic', with the latter being a lighter beer. Niether is really worth mention. Being an 'Islamic' republic alcohol production and sale is prohibited, even these local varieties made by 'Murree Brewery' are supposed to be only for people with non muslim National ID cards, but anyone can pick them up from the Govt. licensed shops.

You can get imported stuff from bootleggers, but its pricey and the range is limited, basically just hieny's, carlsberg and forsters are the mainly available brands, you're lucky to snag anything else.

But tonight I shall be bidding farewell to a very close friend, and we will wish him bon voyage with whiskey, hopefully Glenfidditch single malt, or some other nice blended whiskey, so I shall have a good night!

Cheers all
