My mum used to make a very similar thing using Ginger Nut biscuits and cream, no whiskey though. One of my favourite deserts of all time and yet so simple...

I walked my dog earlier tonight and watched a native Aztec dance in Chicano Park down here. It was very interesting and the people were nice enough, though I really don't speak much espanol yet. On the final part of the walk back home I decided screw a beer. I'm going for a hand grenade. Only this one comes in the 40oz variety. Thank you Mickey's.

I had a little too much last night and woke up feeling like crap. But I feel better now.

Just started 3rd pint. Its amazing how good beer makes everything look better

mmm and mine at 5.8% goes down smoothly as well

Iv had 5 coops pales tonight cooked a nice spaghetti for dinner used my mint basil and oregano from ap bloody awesome.
