I'm brand new to the forums and also still doing my research. However, I found an article that may be helpful! The article is in a PDF though and will not upload in that format or as text. ANy suggestions?
The article is a 2009 study (Univ. of Arizona) examining the nutrient content and biomass of lettuce produced by aquaponics compared to hydroponics.

Cheers

Borby and Desert Rat google U of NC and U of Vigin Islands Aquaponics projects, I think within both are some early reports of the veggies, the NC project was one of first to show that mature aquaponics could raise excellent tomatoes.
