well with no attention from my side
not as good as 2008 but .....testing
different planting method
every test is a cycle of a plant and that takes time
i have learned a bit from the last planting method
2008 in stones grew better but it could be a lot of diff things that could be the problem
stocking/feeding.......///////
just a growing cycle
i take note.......

my system design i kept simple and used whats for free.
let me explain, my system being on three levels has simplyfied a lot.
from dam to grow trays (drops one level) 1 dam level
split into 8 grow trays where the flowing and droping one level is adding oxygen in my system (drops one level) 2 grow trays on this level
out of grow trays flowing into duckweed sump (drops one level) 3 duckweed sump level
out of duckweed sump into my pump sump(drops one level) 4 pump sump
all these are actions using what is for free
i still on top of this use a air compressor to keep oxygen level good
throughout the flowing cycle i am adding oxygen to my water

something else in my system
a big problem to me
i know i have to have safety's in place but don't have the finance
every time a power failure i run around....like a mad person.....
but must say that is my major concern
my system runs well with little maintanace
ducktype/cableties/plastic steel
my major tools

as far as keeping things clean
i wash my nets
i don't mix fish
i only plants that i grow from seads
i wash my hands after smoking
in the photos you can see how i kept my tunnel before the wind
clean almost eat of floor
after the wind i now don't care to much
still do the basics but..........cheating sometimes
i believe the system sorts out what it has to for it to become a perfect ego system with no deseases
plants and fish

another photo of my system floor

for me going back into all my photos of my system
i see just how important it is to keep rekords of your system
my rekords are 90% photos and then roughly written notes on my deskpad that i keep at the end of each year
not what i would like but very good infomation that can be used.
me actualy doing my posting in reverse (going back to my results and not writing about them as they happen)
is a good refresher and eye opener

In four dimensions,
Sculptures in flowing water.
I'd eat off that floor.
