Before any vehicle is sold it has to be fully checked and attachments/accessories fitted to do this the workshop needs a Repair Order to book time to and Job description, the RO is made for job code PD which is Pre-Delivery so if it has been PDed it is ready to go, drive away no more t pay, or as the opposition would say, thanks for your money, don't come back :D

I was too busy to join in on the fun for long. Pity all parents don't keep their kids home on the last day of term rather than just 60% of them. How do we have a slow day??

Good to see you finally put all the acronym starved people to rest Nocky. If you hate acronyms, don't become a pilot, that is a nightmare.

It would seem that the grammatical inconsistancies were my downfall. I couldn't accept that you could actually get a tractor pre delivered. Delivered before it's shipped? Like entangled particle theory?

PD means predelivery. It's therefor not a verb, so can't be 'done' or suffixed with 'ed' for that matter.

It's bad enough you have nasty acroynms, but to use them impropperly - urrrgh! It just stinks of JD.
Anyhow, rant over - I'll cul8rokm8?

Not just JD Kuda every car, truck, tractor, bike, machinery of any kind dealer does a PD on the vehicle, it is easier to have PD as a job description, is easier to use than "check machine and install attachments before delivery" Pre is before, so not "delivered before it is shipped", (otherwise it would be a DP delivery-pre) it is checked before delivery, we also do a Post delivery but would be too confusing to call this a PD this called a 10 hour service :dontknow:
if it's quiet next week we will have a go at PIP's and ROPS

Rick you have enough R&R without having another day :naughty: just imagine if no one sent their kids on Friday then Thursday would be last day, so then they didn't send them thursday then Wednesday would be the last day..........on it goes..........so then you would be paid large sums of money for doing nothing........better stop there
