I thought a netcam permanently mounted would make it easy to document progress on my system.
This is the picture produced by a D-Link DCS-920 on default settings.
If others have a netcam set up, this might be a useful thread to 'scope out' what image quality each make/model offers. And decide whether the money might better be spent on an air pump...

Cool, is that the full size of the image that it captures or did you shrink it?

OH uses an Axis 207 network camera to keep an eye on the system from her office.
Really - to keep an eye on what mischief I am up to in the aquadrome!
It worked very well with windows xp but does not do so well with windows 7 for some reason - probably needs some tweaking.

Ouch, that's a good camera Welshdragon.. :shock:

I might try and get an outdoor camera set up here that can show whats happening live outside on our website.
