I entered a win any bike contest for bicycling Magazine and was picked as one of the top ten. Now I need people to go on and vote for my video "A hike in the woods". You have to sign up on the web page with an email and user name. I have never received junk mail from them. Please help me win a new bike. Thanks

If nothing else the video is fairly funny. it took a lot of takes to get it right.

MM!!

I voted... Was reading the latest Bicycling Magazine last night.. If you weren't on the wrong side of the country we could get together and ride... (Though some of the best centuries and climbs are on your coast...)

Training for the Assault on Mount Mitchell right now... May 24 is the magic day.

Coool, so you do a bit of cycling then?

I went and toured through Turkey on bike many years ago, was meant to do Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, but after meeting my brother over there he had an accident on his bike and we had to rest up for a couple of months while he recovered. Bike touring is a great way of really seeing a country, bloody hard work though...

Spent some time in Turkey a few years ago it was a great experience, plan to go back again met so many great people and enjoyed the fresh food and the Hamman's
Hired a motorbike once that was enough of an experience "crazy" comes to mind when some one mentions Turkish drivers!!!!
would be taking your life in your hands on a pushy

Oh yeah, especially when your loaded up with panniers... My brother was a bit of an old hand though, he had already cycled through Nepal, India, Pakistan and Iran, when I met up with him in Turkey. Except the silly bugger crashed his bike the day I arrived.

The people in Turkey are incredibly friendly, had an absolute ball there.. I didn't like the hamman though, we became good friends with the owners of the pension where we stayed so one night one of them took us to get a bath. While I was getting stretched and cracked, my so called friend was telling the big burly massage guy that I loved it very hard, and to ignore my complaining... All in Turkish of course... He thought it was a great laugh...

Thanks to those who voted. I appreciate it. Cycling is a major hobby. I raced MTB in my high school years but its hard to keep going when you crash a lot.
