Apparently doctors recommend them for treatment of migraines as a "massager" stuck on the neck and a silly look on your face :lol:

Filed this piece of info away for when I here of people suffering migraines (or back injuries :twisted: ) hehehe

VB vibrate the stem near the flower or manualy tap the the stem by hand i thought sombody would be quick to reply. :lol:

Sunday 3rd dec.
Finished remaining grow beds 10 along west wall and 1 on north wall flooded all beds and tank level drops 250mm. :lol:
Did some tests Temp 21c EC 1.1 PH 7.3 Nitrite 0 ppm Nitrate 40 ppm.
Next project install other fish tank and conect to existing one using 50mm plug & waste fittings.
