Will Allen of Growing Power in Milwaukee is raising funds for a five story urban farm. His current urban farm is at least partially aquaponic: he raises both tilapia and yellow perch using aquaponics. Here is a link to the story in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

This guy is really cool I was watching him on u tube a few years back with his aquaponics system, and getting the kids in his neighbourhood involved with the food production.
