I can't find any posts on flowers for cutting, such as annuals.
I love having a bunch of fresh flowers in a vase inside, does any one grow any amongst their
veges, such as poppies or carnations?
Whats grown well? :flower:

I'm trying carnations, gerberers, lillies, hemerocallis, and paper daisies.. However, being in TAS this is more of a cold climate trial as well as flower selection, as like you I enjoy having a regular supply of the cut flowers in the house. I also have the standard marigolds and some other flowering annual growing quite well.
Being much warmer in the Riverland, I would think you could grow almost anything you like except for bulb based flowering plants such as daffodils.. But hey I've never tried them so someone else might have an idea on that one..

I'm also thinking of setting up one of my GBs for flowers here in Brisbane. Any suggestions what would work well?
