Seriously - I love my plunge blender! Bean Dip, Soups, and Sauces. I use it at least once a week....not so fun to clean though.

I've actually found the blender is better for smoothies.

Cleaning it is a piece of cake... Plunge in a glass of soapy water and hit the switch!!

Seems a little complex for testing water quality, though.
