Yay, at last I have finally got Avatar and Photo bits sorted out so I can now entertain you all with PHOTO'S cos you all love 'em.
Now, it is late and I have had a wine or five so maybe I should wait until the morning.

GB2= Feb 15th because I wasnt happy with filtration for 40 silver perch

My BSFL are getting a great feed from Hostel remnants. Today they got turkey roast and stir fry and are loving every mouthful. I recommend you make yourself known to local nursing home or hospital for food scraps.

Yep Rupe I knew i would need more filtration but didnt think SP would grow so fast so GB2 was needed sooner than later

I also have to say thank you to all at BYAP and forum as the info has been great. No hiccups with system and have had a smooth run with the whole deal. I cannot fault the system at all and am totally hooked on AP.Wish I was getting paid to sprout about AP because would have made a fortune. My work mates are intrigued!

People forget that fingerlings, like teenage children... are frenetic, eat & poop lots... and grow quickly.... and need to burn lots of oxygen to do so...

A common trap for the unwary "newbie".... is to overstock, and/nder-filter... because "they're only small"... :wink:

Hey Nocky,
Im just getting a huge amount of BSF that keep laying eggs over the flywire on the compost. The back yard is full of pupae and they just make their way out the bottom of the compost when they are ready. I havnt been feeding them to my fish but if I did I would just put a scoop in and get a pile of them out that way.
Im just keeping the comunity alive with BSF. They are buzzing everywhere.
I will tell some of them to bugger of down to Narrogin :wave1:
