Hey guys

Another Perth resident here!
Seem to be alot of us around these days :headbang:

Have been keeping fish for quite awhile.
I go through phases, been through the malawi, tangs, goldfish, tank busters.
Now ending my plant phase.
Have basically shut down all my tanks had 8 running at one stage to a single 4 footer.
The 4 footer is a heavily planted tank with T5 lighting, CO2 injected, ferts, the lot.
Tank mates, wild caught altums, a few macro shrimp (snail patrol), ottos, bristlenoses, whiptails and a school a tetras, also have the odd cherry shrimp or 2.

Here are some old pics when they were first introduced in the tank. I don't think I have updated pics:

Now I'm considering taking the plunge into AP. Will let you know if it ends up progressing into anything :wave1:

Cheers
Dan

Dan it would be a worth while investment in time to pay a visit to the BYAP shop in Jandakot. You will see more than you need to know and as Nocky posted somewhere else, talk with Joel and listen to Faye. :naughty:

Nice planted tank. I had a smaller one like that but when I moved I shut it down. Now I am into AP. It is much easier than fish tanks mostly because you dont care if algae coats the side of the tank :thumbright:
