I am considering getting a 2000L tank for my next system but the diameter of the tank is 2.3m and I don't believe I can find a mesh that covers across that distance. The main intention is to stop kids from falling in but still be able to see the fishes through the mesh...

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get one or maybe possibly get one made up... I believe I have seen one or two members system that has a pretty neat galvanised mesh cover over the fish tank, made into somewhat like a lid...

Any input would be good... thanks.

The mesh was hinged accross the middle Ivan. That way you can lift one side up to access the tank when required.
Try looking at Westfield primary school. Ricks school in Narrogin made it I believe.

How the heck am I going to retire if I have to pay a middle women :?: :?:

Life is really much better if the kids just make their own projects, I don't have to get too over stressed with quality control. But there are some kids that are quite happy to make a project such as the above for someone else and have no desire to make themselves anything. (Then lets not forget the kids that are quite happy to make nothing other than a bloody mess and a nuisance of themselves at the same time!)
