New smaller system design. Barrel on the left is a ABF that the sump feeds into. It will have 6x150\200ltr gbs. I think the tank is 1500ltrs ish. Bell siphon or flout in the tank to control the F&D cycles and a 40mm sequencing valve to direct flow to the gb's.

HI DUFF,

FWIW, paw paws don't like wet feet. I had one growing in Townsville next to a cement sheeting fence (super 66 buried 2 ft, free standing) The best growth I ever had, trunk was over foot dia, must have liked something out of the cement (even broken up cement blocks works well) If starts to get too high just cut it off at chest hight and put pot/tin over top, otherwise water gets into hollow trunk and rots.

Its hard to tell in the photos but they were planted in a small raised area of the gb. Got a mate that has some in the dirt and they are flowering and have not been in the ground more than a year.

Like a lot of other things Chainsaw... I believe with plants that are prone to root rot if they're too wet...it's actually more about a requirement for oxygen... than "wet feet"...

AP systems are highly oxygenated.... and you'd be surprised what you can grow...

Pawpaw.... hawhaw.... here's one some else prepared earlier.... (about 18 months old)...

4500ltr rainwater tank arrived today. Its going to be the FT on the new system and the other tank I was going to use is now a sump. 200ltr ABF is going to be an olive drum if I can pump enough o2 into it. Not looking forward to cutting 4 or 5 thousand bits of pipe for it. :cyclopsani:

Tip of the day. If you see a frog jump into a cod(george) tank don't try to get a closer look. I hadn't seen George in a while with all the duckweed growing in his tank. Was like putting your face near a mouse while a snake grabs it. George seems to be going well for the split second I saw him.:shark:

8 ft fence. This could be interesting. It will fit between the cross beams once I take the tin off. Just have to decide where its going to sit best.
Inside shed = cooler = trout.
On the cement in the pool ground = more heat = barra.
