Daily tests

Rites: 5.0
Rates: 10
Amm: 0.25
PH: 8.0

I am guess i wait until the amm goes down to zero again.

Is there any problem with the Rites @ 5.0 for the last couple of days/week?

Not So daily stats,

Rite: 5.0
Rate:between 5.0 and 10
Amm:between 0 and .25
PH:7.8 ish

I will add some more humonia tomorrow, probably another 300ml

I am seeing some plant growth, but i lost probably 50% of the seedlings.
I will give it another week or so and i will put in some more.

Plants need nitrate to grow... If you have some then share it.

hi creative,

I will have a read of that post. There has been some talk of the "moon phase planting" so i better have a read.

semi daily test.
Rite: 5.0
Rates:20 (maybe even 40)
Amm:0.25
PH: 8.0

well there are plenty of Rates to use creative. I might have to get some more seedings soon.
I will give it another day, (wait for the Amm to get to zero) and then add some more Humonia.

Plant growth is still slow, but i would guess the heat is knocking them around 40+ most days

You would be advised to use seeds Fodder.
The nitrification process starts with ammo that converts to nitrite, that converts nitrate, then plants take nitrate up.

hi guys.

Well it is now starting kick in.

Rite: 0
Rate: 5.0 (just)
PH: 8.0
AMM: 0

Two days for the Rites to come down from 5.0+ to zero.

So i am going to add another 300ml of hummonia and i need to top up the tank with fresh water.
It will be interesting to see how long it takes to use the amm this time.

Plant growth is still poor, but like i said before i think that has more to do with the heat.........

Hi Fodder,
I am very new to aquaponic's Creative1has helped me build my system, it is so far working very well.I beleave in planting by the moon chart i find it very good.
March 2,3,4,5,6 is the time for root crops I fond that Radish are very quick to get going. March 19,20 for leafy annuals and 24,25 for fruiting annuals .
Also i planted some seedlings washed the soil out dug them into the grow beds.
Good luck,
