Hi folks, can someone point me in the direction of some duckweed.. or does someone NOR have some they want to part with?
not sure how much i want/need... not tonnes of it tho..

I got mine from Herdsman Lake near the board walk, it was also full of daphnia and three baby goldfish hatched out of it (still have one).

Swan Garden centre on Farrell Rd Midvale normally has Red Azolla.

Stay away from azolla its a weed and can bring a fine$$$$

I don't think duck weed or azolla is declared in Western Australia, maybe in some other states though.. A bit like Tilapia...

Yep thats azolla no value to ap[fish wont eat it ] as for the fine wouldent do any harm to check

You must have fussy fish F&F, mine don't mind eating it.. Prefer pellets of course though...

I know this is a bit late but for anyone else who is looking for duck weed. The lake just before Garrett road bridge in Belmont has heaps of Duckweed and Azola on it.

Cannot seem to find a Garrett Road in Belmont on Google maps... I would love to fish some duckweed...
