Have made some progress - yay :cheers:

This is how I spent the first 2 days of 2010; putting in terracing for my GBs to sit on.

There's another terrace to go yet before I start backfilling, but that's about a week and a half away as I have to do a bit of travelling soon.

Certainly envy all you people out there with flat land to work on - must be nice.

However, I am compensated to a degree as my sloping location does give me this;

Yeah Simo - I wish - could have a great number of fish in a 37,000 litre FT. It's even got a gas heater so could do barra all year round :twisted:

ah Quachy - that would be because of the 3 women that would wage incessant war should I proceed along those lines.

I'm happy to sit in there and have a Coopers while a barra nibbles my toes or jumps up and try and take the snag out of my hand. However, the afore mentioned women do not find this remotely suitable for some reason that eludes me .....

King Erik XIV has somehow convinced his family to convert the pool, I think anyhow, but was also looking at trade off's in converting half the pool, but me personally, can't see what they would be complaining about, swimming with a few trout, Yabbies and the odd cobbler :roll: tell them to toughen up Nige :blackeye:
Nice view and good to see things are starting to happen

I have been busy.

Due to raging criticism of the video of my airlift biofilter that I posted a little while ago on this thread, I have now created the new improved version.

There is still no plot, no protagonist and no love interest. Spielberg and Hanks both failed to respond to my offer of an active part in the production. No car chases, no tits and arse, and nothing gets blown up.

However it does have commentary and more stable camera work - see here

Nige I see this is the epic version increased to 2.21 minutes, commentary out of this world, watch out Ritchie B, no ads which was also great, I think you are going to rival Killer Tomato's :lol: we weren't taking the piss out of version 1 :mrgreen: if your getting into the movie world you have to pay off the critics to get the good feedback :!:

The snag that is not in your hand would be more of a worry!

Just leave the pool maintenance up to the three women and you may have a big fish tank sooner rather than later. :lol:

Yeah, hadn't thought of that - do skinny dip pretty regularly to annoy the nosy neighbours on one side !

Surprisingly both daughters are pretty good at getting out there and cleaning it up. Primarily I think this is because that way them and their friends will be able to play in it a lot sooner than if they waited for me to do it. Sort of a win and a lose at the same time really :shock:
