from 1s to 100m independent on and off times, it can also be configured to control car door actuators and they can be arranged to link in series.

Hey OBOZ
Your system was one of the first that I spied on the forum. Especially liked the documentation of your system beginnings and you were one of the first to welcome me to the forum as another Desert Dweller.
We need to do things differently and invent/use alternative approaches for desertponics.
Always great to see people who pursue their passions and aren't scared to have a go
For whatever its worth I'll ponder over your future system and see if I can throw in a couple of ideas!!!!!
One thing I would add to your budget is some sort of shade structure, shade and water volume is essential for the desert. Our 7000lt pond system on a forty degree day never got over 28 degrees
Good luck with your new venture you will be a pioneer of desertponics

Thanks DR, I am a big fan of natural shade. If you plant sun loving climbers at the right time, it's all good.

That is a high fence!

The 2 x 12,500 litre tanks should be here by mid Jan, then its digging time

I need to get this system partially running ASAP to have it ready for a large amount of Trout fingerlings around easter time.

Hi OBO,
Had a quick look at your first system, have you thought about putting your first system in just to show people how far you have come and what you have learnt, maybe your apprentice in pink could be in charge of that one :D

Just another thought OBO perhaps you could charge all those "cashed up" and "fishing starved" miners for the privilege of catching a trout I'm sure it would be a big attraction in Kal

Photo's will have to suffice for that Adrian. I wont be having the time to maintain small systems.

DR, that may happen at some stage, it becomes a problem when fish become damaged from hooks, and then are left in the tank. I'd hate to loose a heap of fish to disease.

Maybe set-up an artificial pond and just keep a few in it for fishing.

To allow people to fish on your premises requires yet another licence. Then you would also need public liability insurance to cover yourself. You would need to have a pretty big setup to make it viable.
