Could you perhaps summarise it for us all... I don't have the time to spend watch youtube vids...

From what I can understand:
-Take some good compost and put it in a stocking or cheese cloth and put suspend it in a bucket of water.
-some people add a little molasses to aid the process
-Add a lot of air for around 24 hours.
-This extracts the "good" bacteria and fungus from the compost and the air allows the aerobic bacteria to multiple fast.
-take the tea and use it as a folic spray. They say 5 gallons can cover 1 acre.
-repeat around once a week

The end result is that the superboost of bacteria aids in insect and disease control. It also helps to enrich the soil. That's at least what these guys claim. I'm going to try it this spring on my garden and see if I can tell the difference. I have a fairly large bean and pea area, so I may do 1/2 and see what the difference is. Maybe even try the tomatoes and see if it can control the blights we get.

Who knows....maybe they're all full of crap, but I haven't seen many people challenging it...
