Nah, anything parked there will be transient. A few weeks / month at most. Plenty of room.

I am going to watch this closely - planning on some thing similar myself say by next June. Would have acquired an acre of land by that time.

The area of the current AP design is 12 metres x 30 meters or so.

Novaris's timer arrived today, looks great, very nicely built




I programed it to 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off and here is a video of the reult:

Spiders - 4 @ $150 ea = $600
Timers - 4 @ $150 ea = $600
Pumps - 4 @ $240 ea = $1000
Tanks - 2 @ $2000 ea = $4000
IBC's - 40 @ $100 ea = $4000
Gravel - 40m3@$50 ea = $2000
Plumbing - ~ $2000 or so.
