power cut out today.....minor problems between the towns supply and the mine's need to start pumps  .......so ran to my trusty genset......covered in cob webs and all from lack of use......and NO fuel...well that would help :blackeye:

Anyway ....reseeding garden beds with sunflowers and red poppies  because I can......doesn't always have to be edible.

We cleaned and pruned so much waiste of uneaten produce on the weekend......I am going to try flowers for while in the spaces available...and there is a lot of that..

Sorry, no batteries for the camera....maybe tomorrow :blackeye: if I make it into the two shop town

What pumps are you running Jess?

I have never used the optima's, but I am using the pondmax's and have not had a failure yet in 2 years.

 geeze I should of been in bed hours ago........ um......i just played with the plugs and the sump...that thought burnt out, came on...... It could be the kids playing around ( not mine....everyone else's.......I don't have any  )

I don't know OBO.....but I am putting my money on the Children in the neighbourhood, playing around when I am resting, at this point.

It is such a saftey issue.....like we all know, I am going to have to shut the gates more often than not  It Would Be a bad day in hell, having to deal with a fatality, that could of been avoided, due to lack care on my behalf.........

What's causing the pump failures Jessy???... are they all blown capacitors..???

If so, is your power supply surge protected... or can it be made that way, say with a good quality surge protected power board... and I don't mean the el-cheapo power boards??

If it's the capacitor that's blown... it's a 15 min/$30 fix...

My stand will be done this week, then 2 weeks for cycling (40+ every day here now!!!)

I don't mean to sound rude.....but you can order your own Fodder...it is a major thing for me to organize my order and pickup and stuff.....and your like 5 hour away

All you do is get hold of Anthony, at the Broome Tafe, and make sure you both agree on the price, as one of my invoices was really dodgy, then work out bus time's, comfirm with Greyhound that the bus will be on time in Roebourne, and pick them up from there.

Bus would probably be in Roebourne by around 6 pm :flower: Happy Fishing

PS Sooner the oder the better, as the weather is already in the late 30's to early 40's here

I would like to share some photo's with you guys......this is my garden ATM and in the worst condition.......I actually enjoyed this process, of watching my garden deteriorate...it was a combination of planting too close, and general seasonal bug infestation....it happened last year about the same time....but this is much worse...

The here is the dirt garden....all nicely spaced out...and the bug's aren't a problem there

8) this is the worst I have ever seen my garden.....even after a cyclone, it looked better than this....

But then I have the dirt garden all nicely spaced out.....and everything healthy.....the AP is about 5m apart from the dirt...

SO the moral to the story is please don't over crowd your plants
