What can I do? Are they doomed or can I save them, or is this normal?

I think I oversprayed them with kelp... or it's my growbed. I googled a bit, someone said it might be overwatering. Recently altered my pump to do 15 mins on 1h 45 mins off. Not sure how bad that might be for cycling, and thereafter, the fish.

And the two seedlings have different roots, one looks more "healthy" (I think...)than the other.

Arghh!! Shoulda left them... or not. Apparently these trees don't take water logging well so I figure it's time to elevate the trees a bit higher up on the surface of the growbed in order to have the roots stretch and reach for the water.

Okay, well... Seedling #2 seems to be doing better than Seedling #1. Seedling #2 seems to have erected its baby-branches and leaves every so slightly.

And water-logging is not an issue with AP, as far as I've ever heard, as the roots actually get more air than in a soil garden.

Yep, did that yesterday. Plant #1 is looking worst. Plant #2 is looking healthier; not drooping anymore.

They don't exactly look like they're "drooping" to me... set your timer... cover it with superglue... go inside, lock the doors... and "let them go:...

Maybe it was because I watered it using water from the juices I boiled my frozen moringa leaves in, and from the Quarantine tank?

Hmmm, and I forgot I had Melafix mixed in the quarantine tank :x I wonder if it will continue to cycle...

Why have you got Melafix in your quarantine tank???....

And why is your quarantine tank... and/or the water from it... not "quarantined" from the rest of the system???

I dunno, saw some dude here mention here he quarantines with melafix and salt for 3 weeks. On the bottle it says to treat with melafix for 3 days when adding new fish. I did the dosing for a week. I don't exactly understand your last question? Did you mean you were assuming my quarantine is connected to my main system? If so, no it is not :) Completely separated. I just dumped some water from the quarantine tank to fertilize the seedlings for a bit (hoping its doing any help).

Understand that many treat aquaria fish with Melafix... and that as such... your fish aren't intended for consumption...

But it's nasty stuff... carcinogenic.... and the question might be whether or not it could be in any way taken up within the plants....

Glad to hear the quarantine tank is isolated.... and that the water was only used minimally to water the plants...

Wouldn't make a habit of it though for fear that any pathogens remaining in the quarantine tank water could find their way into the main system...
