It's a real pity that the whole debate has become focused on "global warming".... and CO2...

The problem in reality, and what we all should be addressing.... is the amount of shit we keep putting into the air... into landfills.... and our general unsustainable treatment of nature... and our consumerable habits that support the rape of our environment....

The debate has become distracted.... deliberately.... by the big polluters.... so that they can continue to pollute at minimal cost....

FFS... even the "carbon trading" scheme(s)... are structure so that we licence the right to continue to pollute.... and we pay for it....

Bugger it... it's time we just legislate to punish pollution.... full stop.... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed, and I would edit out my previous comment if I could as it is inflammatory (albeit also correct). Why is that we can't edit our own comments anyway? I had an edit button for a bit, then it disappeared.

Most people LOVE a holiday on a tropical beach ..... Global warming will save travelling:)

I just set up a grow light on my experimental aquaponics system that will come on at night.
I need to make a plastic tent and set up my cyser to blow CO2 into the tent. It is true that as the water draines the grow bed will be subjected to excess CO2, so maybe I shoud flood the grow bed more often. The water will be rich with oxygen. I could flood the grow bed every half hour for 15 minutes... Is that too much?

I have a system that pumps for 15 minutes and drains for 15 minutes then repeats.

Can't tell ya how many times I've forgotten to hit the submit button after "previewing"... and just gone back and clicked "View new posts"....

Lost the lot... and the edit button doesn't appear either...
