Forgive my ignorance but I have met the file size criteria to post pics but it will not allow any attachments. Am I that dense?

Are you uploading the file using the boxes below the upload attachment line on the post reply page?
What is the error message it is giving you?
What file type? jpg usually works for me.

it looks like the web site has maxed out. The error is "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

I got that also... so I just put pics on my website and used the IMAGE command to
post them....

This is what I am getting. The files are only 220k.

The image must be at least 0 pixels wide, 0 pixels high and at most 800 pixels wide and 600 pixels high. The submitted image is 1200 pixels wide and 1600 pixels high

that would be to big..... anyway.. I think the site is maxed out on HD space.... for pictures....

use the img comand if you have pics on a website, or photobucket etc...

600 by 800 is the preferred size here since many people can't view larger without having to scroll sideways (makes reading posts really hard if you have to scroll sideways to read each line.)

But I got the error message about the board reaching it's image quota earlier today too so it might be a moot point at the moment. Hopefully Joel will get it sorted for us soon though.

OK, all updated.... If we had reached the limit, that means members have posted 1.6GB of pictures. I've upped the limit to 2GB, see how long before we reach that..
