Looking at making another set of 4 Channels ( side by side ) by around 2metre each in Length. What would the normal Fall ( Height Difference ) between the Start and End of the Channels be? With my 6 metre channels filling with water at one end with a fall of 250mm I'm guessing it doesn't really make too much difference if I drop 150mm or 100mm.

I had a 5m channel fall about 100mm, never had any probs.... for 2 m i would probably to 50mm or so, but someone with a bit more experiance may give you a different answer.

1:40 is an accepted minimum fall... (1:40 = 25 mm drop every meter) ... or 150mm over a standard 6m channel
