What other forums do you guys subscribe to?

I am pretty loyal to BYAP but must confess that I regularly read (and actively contribute to) The Survival Podcast http://thesurvivalpodcast.com/forum/index.php

I also have interests in Algae to Oil, Tilapia and Magic eDveloper on Yahoo Groups.

I used to subscribe to a few hydroponics forums (actually moderated one) until they both vanished.
Now this forum is definitely one of the more active forums I've ever visited, only one I've been on that surpasses it for traffic is an HVAC forum I've been on before. The Monolithic forum (at least the last time I was over there, it's been a while) is pretty active too but again, totally other topic.
I've gone to a couple chicken forums when we were getting ready to get the hens. I do go onto garden web for the Florida gardening forum as well as the soil compost and mulch forum, vermicomposting forum, organic gardening, Harvest forum (for canning and preserving info) and a few others as I come up with things I need answers to.
And another forum I haven't been to in a while but it is a good one is the Humanure composting forum over at Joseph Jenkins web site.
I often search out forums as an interest or need for information comes up and then I might not be back to such forums for ages if ever. Like going to a forum when you have a particular problem with some computer software, programing issue, web design issue, security issue, construction or design question, opinions before buying a product, and the list goes on.

If anyone is interested in any of the particular forums I mention and would like me to provide a link, let me know. I'm pretty sure most of you can easily find them with a quick search though.

Being in IT, I lurk around Overclockers Australia (http://forums.overclockers.com.au/?). This is where I first learnt about aquaponics via a thread from OBO (thanks mate!).

The other IT forum I use more for broadband info and research is www.whirlpool.net.au

I also 4WD a little, so check out http://www.4wdmonthly.com.au/forum/index.php.

This is the only other forum I have done anything more than ask one question and leave. I like how active it is, but it pails to the posting on the beer forum I am a member of. Johnnymax mentioned another I will have to go check out, but Homebrewtalk.com (http://www.homebrewtalk.com/) is my only other internet stop of the day. I have to say it took a awhile to find you guys, but I am glad I did. I am looking forward to combining a lot of both sites into one happy brewer with nice fish to eat with veggies. Glad you guys did this thread. I think it will be neat to see some of the other forums you guys visit. If you guys stop by Homebrewtalk.com shoot me a PM and let me know you are from here. Maybe if there are enough of us we can start a great aquaponic-brew thread, and group as well. I'm just getting started here, but you can see how active I like to be about something I am passionate for. I have wanted to do aquaponics for over 10 years and never gotten there, so... I'm rip roaring and ready to do/document/post. Bravo on this forum, and pat yourselves on your backs for gaining another loyal posting member. Great site!!!!

Why we are at it, anyone know any great aquaponic podcasts? I found Eco-world Australia, and wonder if there is anything better than that? Thanks again guys and gals.

Johnny
