Here are a few snaps that my blue yabby allowed me to take today
He is the only remaining yabby from when I was breeding them as a source of feeders for my cichlids.

He ate his last lady friend about 3 weeks ago so now he is on the hunt for another

The first, and the last two photos are fantastic, he's SO iridescent. Assuming these are the photos with the flash?

Yep they are.
A little tip for folks looking to take pics of fish etc in tanks, the flash gives the subject a false appearance. You can also tell the images that have used flash by the eyes of the subject [a lot of creature have reflective eyes and the flash shows these]

As far as Blu is concerned, there is no special treatment like water testing and balancing etc. for him, just shove some food in once every day or two and he is a happy as larry! He developed the colour at a very early stage in development and I knew that this guy would be the last one standing so to speak!

Blu was originally purchased as food for this guy, Baz
But he nowhs a steady supply of fat healthy Goldies to munch on thanks to the AP FT

Big mouth on these guys, that goldie is about 10cm
