yep, that is definately the way to do it. With lids on, costs bugger all to heat and they will be a good solid size by the start of spring.

Okay folks, we won't be undersold on silvers to Adelaide forum members. Anyone wanting fish at the meet will get them at 85 CENTS EACH NO BAGGING FEE. Anyone wanting fish prior to the meet and willing to pick them up can have them at that price provided they bring their own large esky to take them home in.
Nothing like a bit of healthy competition

More than reasonable at that price Stu

Plus they're health checked and freight free... others are paying $120+/100 to have them delivered....

KP needs fish, just think trout, and overwintered SP or early summer SP will serve him better.

 I feel a little embarrassed now for going interstate... $0.85 + bagging was a great deal anyway. $0.85/no bagging is just crazy!
If only I'd waited another couple of months!

Nah... fair enough Noolie.... you needed them at the time... and you paid the standard rate to buy and ship interstate...

The Silver Perch spawn was late in NSW this year anyway... and most hatcheries have only been offering their new season fingerlings for a month at best...

Just reminding members of "The Fish Farm"'s service...
