Ok now for the good stuff :)

Im using a sort of stressed skin panel for each wall... You will notice that some 2x4's are flat and some are on end...

the flat 2x4's dont supply as much support as ones on end... these with the flat 2x4's are going against existing walls and wont need quite as much support

all the panels have been glued and screwed together and will be sealed with a safe wood sealer...

File comment: This end wall will be unsupported so the 2 x4's are on end for more strength. will fill the voids with insulation and screw on the second panel

File comment: This is the end panel for the FT 36" x 36" it will go up against the garage wall so dont need as much support, I will put insulation in the cavities and put another panel on top

You seem to have that tank design under control. So i'm not sure if this is of any help to you, but for anyone else wishing to build their own tanks here is a great site

I was reading that the sump may come out of the ground with a high water level....

some have suggested putting gravel in the ST, so I have looked at my particular situation and below is what I have come up with to help keep the ST in the ground without gravel..

I have two different layouts.... the left one is an end view showing the grow bed, the side wall build-up, the support rails, legs, and ST....

I will add 4 x 4 side rails to the ST sides, the side rails will sit on the ground... the legs of the GB will sit perfectly on the ST side rails which will have constant weight on them.

the ST side rails will also give me more support area on the ground as opposed to just the bottom of the GB legs....

The right layout is a side view of the design.... here you can see the legs of the GB resting on the ST side rails.. the ST will be dug into the ground and be insulated..
the ST and GB will extend all the way to the FT ...

the grey block is the east end wall of the existing GH...which the GB will be attached which in turn reinforces the end of the GB and GH and makes the whole setup stronger...on the opposite wall will be the FT, the west wall.....

Back to the GB the side walls are plywood with 2 x 4 internal structure glued and screwed together.... in the voids will be some insulation.... Im thinking about using white river rock as GB media which will hopefully stay cooler in the summer...

I will put insulation board over the ST to reduce evaporation....
