Looked pretty full... all the loonies are out. Damn firebug loonies have certainly been out. How long until the new moon? Will the fires be out by then?

I like to do a lot of my gardening by the light of the full moon... and the cool of the night...

Especially if I'm transplanting seedlings....

Like these....

The fact that it was drizzling with rain... and likely to continue through the next day... just made the decision easier....

Don't know if anyone remembers me say it always rains(if sufficent water is in the system)
before or after a full moon depending on the phase.

You clearly do think it's ancient, getting your proper nouns confused, it's either a 'Pitch Fork' or a 'gardening fork' I'm not the anthropologist my wife is. But I do know it's NOT a PICK!!!!!!!!

Was an old joke...Put a shovel and a spade together and tell them to take their pick. :flower:

I would say lateral, most ppl would read what you said as choose, and never even see it as a proper noun ;-) but what's literal to some is lateral to others I guess. Which is what makes us interesting.
