Is posting them to me an option. If not its time for another system. Deeper GB's, extra space for fishies. Pool for the kids, that you can then turn into a fish tank.

For the fish or for the kids. For a pool a sand filter is a must. But having a pool I find you can make one up out of a blue drum. It was only when I turned the pool into a fish tank that I realized that I could of been using a pond pump with a salt pool running 24/7 for less power than running a 3hp pool pump. And the filter would of worked a lot better.

Cool idea. Salt pool/hospital tank for sick fishies.

hmmm, the sand filter maybe for the quarantine tank? It is about 5foot tall made from 150mm pvc, on a stand. It will just get thrown out...

all this stuff is from the university. they are closing some projects down and demolishing a section to re-build (something?) The stuff that is going to be wasted :(
Someone already has dibs on the 20foot long igloo (based on a double-skinned greenhouse - huge frame and covers)

Grab it all and work it out later. double-skinned greenhouse. If it uses plastic you can foam the inside to insulate in winter.

universities always do that with perfectly good gear... we took a medical ultrasound home one day. After playing with a week, we gave it to charity to take to africa...
