The local co-op food swap idea is a great and practical for those with backyard plots/systems.

Trading AP greens for dirt grown Corn, Spuds etc. would be cool, no doubt interested parties can meet locally through forums such as this fantastic resource...

i knew there had to be another reason besides AP that i liked you brothers and sisters so very much. its that old path

AP sure covers all 5 points if you think about it.
