Hi All
This will be the start of my second System. I managed to get two more new Garbo bins which i cut down to make two tanks. As you can see in the Pics they will be joined making one as the main tank which will overflow into the other. The other tank will be the sump but both are 700mm high. I did the design this way to lower the height of the growth bed. I don´t have any idea what fish i will have in the main tank but the sump will have yabbies. I plan to use a pond pump but i still don`t know what to do about the growth beds.
Anyway any feed back will be great
cheers

Definitely have the water flood and drain through the tubs with media before sending it through pipes.

The system is now ready for fish and plants. I´m still making some small changes But it´s all good.
But i have some questions.
1. The Blue Metal Gravel is clean but the water is cloudy. Should i change the water or leave it without changing. It´s alot of water to dump.
2. Is it possible to have SP in the main tank and how many or do they need a larger tank to be happy.
Any help would be great. :D
I´m already starting to get Materials for my next system.
Anyway cheers
:compress:
