came from this ebay item I'm not so sure I'd want fish in them :drunken:
One or two  tanks would suit my needs as I might be moving soon, I dont mind covering it to keep the green stuff down.

Anyone know if these types of tanks have been used for non-chemical storage before? or do you just wash them well before use? :cyclopsani:

wow those 10kl auqa tanks would have been a steal a lil back

So can people rig the ebay bids. I just noticed that I've been the winning bidder on something which I put my max bid in as something like 356.50. I ended up paying 356.20

Forget that - just realised that I didn't get it - someone else did  They paid less than my max bid - because my final bid would have required another 20 cents to be 50c greater than their last bid (hence the closeness issue).

That's not right VB, unless I have the facts of your case wrong.

Item starts at $10.00
if you bid $13.03
and then someone else bids $13.00, then you win.
Should some1 else then bit $15.00 the auto bid will take the total owing to $13.53

Nah - what happened was that I sniped for 365.60 (or something like that). I snipe at 5 secs before end of auction. I can see from the bidding history that (by pure luck / bad luck) 9 secs before the end bidding went to 365.30. Increments muust have been 50 cents, so my bid at 5 secs to go was too low to be registered.
