They also have a lot of there autopots in use overseas so they must export. The valves are not very big and weigh next to nothing.

I was reading this thread this morning and checked out the manufacturers website and thought oh yeah it may be ok, then when out about town ended up in my first hydroponics shop by accident, well they had the full range of the Autopots and window trays etc, pumps and clay balls and lights, there were toys everywhere, took all my strength to put it back on the shelf and walk out with just a couple of brochures, gee im glad I found this shop, they claim to be the cheapest prices and will get anything in that I want, Im thinking fish food, but the Autopots look like fun to play with and Im loooking for something portable for pressies for my kids that they can take when they move around

The Autopot website will give you trade prices on larger orders.

I dont know if it is the sort of thing that can compare to a grow bed, especially price wise compared to how much u can grow, not sure, but I like the idea of not watering and using ledge boxes to decorate outside around the house using fish water, I have enough toys at present but my partner was looking at a couple things with intensity, I think more to do with growing out cuttings etc

Cuttings do really well in AP Bree.... either directly into the growbed... or in pots, on a tray fed by one of the autopot valves....

Cuttings love aquaponics i use a 4 in high tray filled with vemiculite where water flows from a growbed through the tray and out so far a good crop of onions 3 grape cuttings[now 3 meters long] passion fruit [3 meters long] tomato seedlings it also acts as a wicking bed you just put pots of soil and cuttings 1 in deep in the medium
