With the nations super computers in it...
Also apparently every word is stored there.
...and the main reason we changed from anlogue phones.
Digital is easier to listen in to!

yep, it probably does, we dont live long enough to worry about what happening around us every minute of the day, so i make inroads into changing what I can, mind u I do find myself in trouble somewhat and people shaking their heads

I believe in the laws of threefold, what ever you give out u will get back threefold, good or bad, thats pretty much how I live. I try my hardest to stay in honour and not be dishonourable, after all how when u are eing honourable can u go wrong.

Honour and dishonour isnt that how the laws are really written under admiralty law under the 10 commandments, Im not religious but very spiritual especially after a bit of time in Thailand

Chelle- Just to be clear, writing is sometimes such an imperfect medium, I was not calling you out on anything. I am 45, been in the Church for 20+ years and have been through times (in the US anyway) where everyone was seeing the beast/anti-christ around every corner. If you label this vigilence, so be it, its cool with me. When I was a teen we heard that Henry Kissenger was the anti-christ. We also heard that the government was building a super computer called, "Beast". Is Henry the guy, dunno. Did the government build the Beast, dunno. I just want people to be balanced. If my walk is right, and if I'm founded in the truth, and if I'm reaching out and open about my testimony so that the Holy Spirit might work through me, then I believe that the Holy Spirit will guide me through whatever comes along.

Sorry Tony. I seem to have responded as if you were. Didn't want that. Just gave my thoughts as they came to me. As you say ... imperfect medium. And I understood where you were coming from. We did the Y2K thing here too. Think this is shaping more nasty though and a case of cry wolf could leave us vulnerable and unprepared. Is all I really wanted to communicate. And how to be prepared correctly is what really interests me. If I set up a massive AP system will it be taken from me? Will legislation outlaw my efforts? But agree heartily with you.... got to try. But want wisdom and discernment in all my trying.

It's great on this forum cos from such a wide range of backgrounds and people. Different take on life. Love to see how people think and what seems to make them think that way. The international flavour.....

I've got there too Bree. Let them document every keystroke.... if I let that bother me I am already caged. And if it means paying the ultimate price in some sick convoluted plan.... well... can only die once... and in the meantime the game is on! :D Just want to play it right and wide awake cos I do believe a way of escaping total control is always made. At the most basic level......Got to keep personal food and water supply available and protected. That seems to be especially under attack in the States.... and what happens there seems to filter elsewhere.

It is a recorded fact that most dictatorships have been voted in democratically. Up north of me - Zimbabwe - Mugabe was a good leader for 8 years.... now a monster. A sick, starving and broken nation as he rails against the world. Once called the Bread Basket of Africa. The only thing that matters there daily now is food. Individual supplies raided. That is why the Moringa really interests me. Who will think of a tree as food? Only those in the know.

I whole heartily agree with your comments and yes the game is on, there will be the players and there will be those that watch and there will be the ones who want to maintain control, those that control the energy sources seem to think they control all, to be self sustainable and an individual thinker seems to scare these controllers. Every time I need inspiration I watch "V for Vendetta" now I dont applaud all he did in that movie but the principle of the people with more control I do agree with, I will just play my little part and do what I can

Chelle,
Hey, we're cool. Just wanted to clarify incase.
I guess I've turned into a bit of a person who believes that what will be will be. I would like to think that my vote counts, and that the US is full of "me's" but I only have so much energy and I could spend it on lobbying, and writing congress and such, or I could spend it ensuring my family is provided for, and helping others understand the positives of the same.

I have one student, although its more like we're co-students (which I like much more). I is half my age and newly married (I married them), and we get together every so often to do something like AP, or making soap... stuff like that. I think that if we get disciplined about or projects others may want to join in.

I like "V For Vandetta" also. Other movies also inspiring me in various aspects:
"Ever Since the World Ended" - plague- http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0283337/
"Day After Tomorrow" -climate issues
"The Day After"- Nuclear War (downer)
"The Stand" - manmade virus
"On the Beach"- Nuclear War (fallout) (very sad=poiniant)
"The Forbin Project"- Computer take over
"Blast From the Past"- Comedy(Un-Nuclear War)
"Jeremia Johnson"- basic primitive survival

There are probably others just can't think right now. I fully recommend "Ever Since the World Ended." It is a pseudo-documentary (kinda Blair Witch Project-esk) made by two guys left after a major pandemic hits. They represent 2 of 50 known people left in San Francisco, CA, US. They are documenting the lives of these people. VERY insightful, I think. Adam Savage from MythBusters plays a role too.

T.

I started searching the Scriptures more carefully. It has always been my way through to understanding. Hundreds of years ago this time was spoken of very clearly. And the reason was to give hope and direction to safety.

.. But I believe that the great catching away of the Church will happen before all this.

I find this passage to be very fitting at this time: (reads smoother in the NLT)
Isaiah 8:11-14 wrote:
The LORD has said to me in the strongest terms: "Do not think like everyone else does. Do not be afraid that some plan conceived behind closed doors will be the end of you. Do not fear anything except the LORD Almighty. He alone is the Holy One. If you fear him, you need fear nothing else. He will keep you safe.

As to the [sudden]catching away of the church. The way I look at is like this from revelations. He gives power to overcome the saints so they must be here on earth during this time for them to be overcome. I think the sudden catching away is a bit more like the sudden murder of the saints at the end time system. Being snatched away from hard times and being over come can not both be true. I think our murder is what He allows to save from the revealing/judgment time at the end. After all, to ge absent from the body is the be present with the LORD. Also notice the change in language from the "church" to "his chosen people". It would be more in His charter to be with us through the end than to remove us from trouble. This is what he has always done, does now, and why would he change then. There will be people come to faith during this time, but before that time the saints are overcome and all religious systems are torn down (a plan He puts in their minds).

Lovely verse DDM. :D I don't think I ever saw it like that before.

I see the catching away as prior to the Great Tribulation 7 year period ....for we are already judged and forgiven in Christ as believers...... just before the revealing of the Anti-Christ at the beginning......in the twinking of an eye..........with those left behind who turn to God becoming Tribulation believer's. Many during this time of Tribulation will die for their faith it is said. But I think God will give the strength and the courage. He has done that for me even in stuff now that has happened and I was able to stand strong. Without Him there I would have been terrified .... so it gives me peace now for each day that comes..... whichever way it happens. And then after all that the Second Coming of Christ - as the nations get set to destroy Israel and in answer to the blood of His saints.

There are many interpretations. Will be interesting to see how it unfolds. Just want to be as ready as I know to be.

Ditto!!! I think some, not all, Americans feel this way- give me liberty or give me death- it's what we've been taught in our histroy books from day one- how tryanical the English were and how honorable, how noble, our American forefathers were. That's why the back door approach here, with protecting our safety (from terrorists while closing down our borders, from food disease while controling the food supply and spying on everyone- internet tapping which is ILLEGAL under our Constitution, until Bush waved his little wand and said it was okay); it makes it seem REASONABLE, until you set back and see they're not giving you a choice and chipping away a little at a time so you don't notice... then you say whoa, back up, that's our Constitutional Rights you're playing with. And the more the government squeezes in this, the more that will slip through their fingers.
