Are you human?: I think...I hope so!

I like number 1 and 3... i like the "forwardness" of 1 and simple layout, number 3 is what I think of when I think localvore, I think there should be an indication of urban living or something like that to represent "locality" so I'd say a merge of 1 and 3. Otherwise they're all very good.

Thanks Faye,
Yes, I did cut it out and paste it in... REALLY BADLY (but I thought I'd get away with that because of the lack of resolution) I just used paint and the eraser tool
NFI about it being barra, I stole it from another logo using google image search... it's part of a fish farm's emblem...

Jeese, I'm slow this am... Barra kuda... nice
maybe I'd have got it quicker if one word, but cos I'm on the internet, I automatically added a comma ;-) so I didn't get the joke until I wondered why you were laughing...

Finally!!! After about five revisions the logo is finished. I developed logo_1 from the first set of logos that I uploaded. Here is the final Localvore logo, which has been designed by aussie logos.
Cheers XD

New webpage for localvore. . . . first draft but decided to upload seeing as I'm paying for the hosting fees etc. I have a few changes to make. Such as changing the lighter green area into a leaf or something similar and uploading more photos and information. But I reckon it's not bad considering its my first webpage attempt and I've designed it all from scratch. :D
Anyways have a look.

Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Peace

Hey Mitch,
Good stuff, I made a suggestion or two after reading through. But all in all good work.

Aquaponics is generally inexpensive to operate and very efficient and (AT)growing plants, especially food crops. Some types of plants such as oak-leaf lettuce (are) mature from seedlings (AT 4 WEEKS) and (ARE)ready to start harvesting (after 4 weeks). Other crops have rapid growth and (PRODUCE) excellent fruit yields.

The About Page
History needs to have a line space to be consistent and a capital H

Locavore (minus the L) was the the 2007 word of the year for the Mac dictionary from memory. Followed on from the Barbara Kingslover book "Year of Eating Locally", see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Local_food.
Anyway I just thought I'd point this minor spelling issue out. Otherwise I like em all.

It's a trading name, better if it's not a recognised word
