100km on the back of a box trailer.... no probs... dropped the last one on the point of the corner while I was getting it off.... :evil:

yep, will take a pH reading in the morning.... fill one up... leave for 24 hours and retest... retest every couple of days....

Leave the cracked one until you test the other one. If you have to coat with fiberglass you can fix the cracks at the same time. :mrgreen:

In my experience putting a stronger more rigid coating than the substrate
will result in flaking, unless the surfaces is primed VERY well. :wink:
Still it will let go one day or pop out... :shock:
