Hi from sunny and unfortunately starving South Africa. The system we are currently building stands in one of the most built up residential areas in Durban. It’s an ornamental plant nursery that's owned by the municipality. The guy that runs it is a visionary and always open to new ideas. There are 8 greenhouses and huge amounts of space to start a large commercial operation to feed our people.....ornamental plants don't feed people! His superior is closed to anything new, but we are getting there. I have nothing to do with the municipality, but I am sowing the seeds of AP.The project is partly funded by myself with some components being cannibalized from unwanted junk in the nursery. This system is an “show” system to get people interested in ways to alleviate poverty and look after themselves. The system is a hybrid as the pics will show

as usual here in s.a some fatcat with no intent of helping anyone but themselves, has stepped in and said that we are wasting space that could be used for growing pretty flowers for 2010 world cup.so the projects off.will concentrate on the orphanage now for those who can really benefit from the wonders of AP

Re the bureaucrat:-
Chop his legs off so he's not interested in football.
Then dig his eyes out with a dead mussels' shell so he can't watch it on TV.

[I'm feeling compassionate this morning...]
