The last thing on my mind was thing about weighing them... It was hard enough just killing them. I can say for sure that they were not the biggest in the tank,
there are some real monsters in there... Although I was struggling the eat that one as is...

I will definitely weigh the next ones...

Mizzie, 1800LPH air pump (aquapro I think) I paid $80 for it... from my pump guy...

Yes I think I bought the trout at around 6 inches, was that me that said 6-10? I think I was exagerating a bit...

If you want to know why they are growing so fast.. I am feeding them 3+ times a day. 1 cup each feed to begin with on 5mm pellets. I am now feeding 11 mm pellets and throw in about 2 cups each feed.

Plus there are only 48 (45 now) in there...

That was a nice idea Elk, but what makes you think we have time to socialise.
I reckon we could start a trout wigh off and see who has grown the biggest trout as it is that time of the season, coming soon! :D

About time I posted an update... I am down to 25 trout now... I lost 3 due to some unexplained incident...

As for the biggest trout competition, two words... Beat this!!! This picture is post cleaning and scaled, a whopping 34 cm. My digital scales only
goes up to 568 g so I don't know what it weighs. Promise I will weigh the next one.

Out of the 22 I have pulled out so far... the smallest has been about 26 cm, the rest are all around the 30-33 cm mark...
