Well...

I got some from bunnings and they are amazing ..

Root system is incredible! Like tomatoes .. sucks up nitrates so quickly!

As for the taste .. yep .. very delicate peppery taste that gets hotter with age ...

I also like the taste of orange nastutium flower petals in a salad ...

a bit more hot than the pondweed IMHO!


But I am having fun .. OH .. BTW .. corriander sems to do well in aquaponic envoronments...

My watercress keeps dying - Tried it twice now and both times it doesn't really grow in the system then eventually dies back - even the one in soil that I just sat so it gets the bottom 1cm of the pot wet is dying. Is it salt tolerant ? I've got 3ppt in at the moment and alot of nitrate 100ppm.
