I'm not sure what the pickings will be like this year but there will be a bunch of pools that will dry up around here that hold reddies, blackfish, galaxids, mosquito fish and possible some others.

Given the water situation it is likely to be earilier this year than last.

where exactly and can you confirm?

I can't be exact except about the Mosquito Fish which is everywhere.

there must be plenty of old bath tubs over your way. Or is there a shortage now?

I still cannot get any over here and the ones I've seen are not cheap

Your setup is looking great. I can see there are going to be lots of fish and salads this summer.

hi froggo alwasys bath tubs at eagle hawk recycle centre there is 2 there at the moment $20 bucks apiece mmm tempting but will have to let them go, cheers

They want double that over here and they are mostly damaged. It would be worth the drive if he could keep four or five for me. I will give them a ring.

Good temp controll what water temp do you have now .Time to leave both ends of the glass house open now and pump through the night , max temp for trout is about 25 deg
