I have not lost any bream yet, but they are size segregated.

I however cannot seem to get them to eat? they are not interested in the trout food, or the micro pellets i got with them???

Mine wont take flake or floating food, they only take sinking pellets or other bream.

Currently on trout pellets

I have added a bit to the sink, but am not happy with the height. I think i will raise it up about 150mm to give a more comfortable work height.

THe sink is plumbed into the sump tank that is stocked with marron. Hopefully they will eat some of the fish scraps. The water from cleaning fish and vegetables is added to the system to top up losses from evaporation and transpiration

Dinner for two:

AP Rainbow trout grilled with lemon pepper on a bed of lemon rice with a side of steamed AP spinach and brocoli and raw AP carrots and peas

This makes my AP system operational, there is still some finishing off and tweaking to do, but with my first harvest i think its safe to say "it works".

A big thankyou to Brendo, Smithy, Boris01 and Jana for their help.
A big thankyou to Joel and Faye for their high quality BYAP parts and advice.

going to have a BBQ soon to show it off so all who want to come are invited

Kirks been fishing! yay! You should send that photo to the newspaper and tell them where you caught it. Well done to you (and to Jana for the photography, am I right.) Did you have red or white wine with that?
I guess there is a few people with trout on their menu at this time. Better get in before its too late as the temps are rising fast.
