Might as well rave on in here about all the funky plants that have health benifits that the FDA would like to have banned ;)

Stevia and miracle fruit have made it into this section in my opinion........

Oh how can i forget about the NONI plant :)

Mmm, the Yacon, very tough plant related to the sunflower, that produces very sweet crisp tuberous roots. Very good for diabetics as it's carbs are in the form of inulin. Lots of good info here.

Below is the crop I had from 1 plant last year, the first time I have grown them. 10-12 months after harvesting the tubers I was digging in that section of garden and found one of the old tubers I'd missed, still crisp and sweet after spending almost a year buried.

Ahhhh, but its evil and can't be any good becasue its juice is being distributed by a network marketing company........... LOL

I'm not good at raving AA :( ( i'm far too sensitive on what people might think) LOL

You've read the info, feel free to rave. I'll fill in any bits you've missed, and short of growing the tropical fruit yourself whi i belive tahitian noni is the ONLY brand to buy if you were going to. :)

Yes I got Noni info but sent it on to the sister responsible for Mums care (the nurse). We just ran out of time so fast...

Jen reckons she sent that gear back I trust it got there safely eventually.
