Really? I'd swap my partner's man-boobs for a grow bed, in a heartbeat.

By the looks of those kiddies playing in fridges in your pics... you probably have a pair hanging around the house somewhere... if you're still having trouble finding some... look behind the crossed arms of the woman with a frown reading over your shoulder.

lmao that is the second time this week that I have had a good laugh here. It beats reading that peoples fish are dying doesn't it.

You'll probably need to line the fridges with something as well - the plastic inside the fridge is not uv proof.

maybe gut the fridge and put a plastic tub inside and fill the outer space with expanding foam. You end up with an insulated GB. Might have to try this myself. Know where theres a shed filled with old fridges.

I've got an old chest freezer with a metal interior, I've been trying to seal it with silicone. The seams are pretty easy but the places where the white paint has been scratched and the metal is rusting have me concerned. Perhaps lining the thing would be better. I'm actually thinking on using the chest freezer as the insulated tank for a solar water heater set up.

I've heard of people using old fridges for cool storage of root crops and stuff too but I think that is meant for in the garage or basement of temperate climates.

Right now my old fridge is in the garage acting as a cabinet for all my spare plumbing bits.

this is what I use old fridges for, storing dry foodstuffs. The fridges are not plugged in and are simply sealed cupboards

I've got 10lts of rubber paint left over from the skylights. Wonder if it is okay to seal tanks and GB's. I know they use it to fix rainwater tanks. Paints on like tar or thick paint. And its is flexable once dried.
