You could also try soladome (sp), they have floating pellets.

Solardome, it would be cheeper just to drive to Mt. Compass. They are friendly and helpfull, but not cheep.

DJS, what I'm using at the moment is around 8mm. Anything 5-8 would be fine - see PM.

Hi KE, try Goble & son on richmond Rd. They stock the 4mm but can get you in a bag, however they do have a special day that they do their orders. The other place you could try is the Stock feed joint in Coromandel Valley, they also order in as you need.

grobest and skretting are what I use and fish growth rates are awesome

also what prices are people paying per kg

I got down to see DJS yesterday to pick up some Skretting pellets. The fish love them, they attack them harder and faster than previous pellets I have used. Perhaps its got something to do with the fact they smell so bad? Had a look at Dales barra and the site ready for the greenhouse. Looks like it will be Adelaides biggest backyard system! (Monya yours doesn't count)

Just my backyard is a bit bigger than most :P No offense taken :) We are commissioning our real system next week. We are putting a work experience kid to work for the week and we just had a call to say our biofilter is ready to be delivered and the swirl filters and RK2 pump from aquasonic are on the way and the roof sheets to change to shed to half greenhouse for the nft is coming wednesday.... now, to find some cash to pay for it all :lol: oh yeah, and a solution to our rat problem :evil:
