hi alex, nice to hear from you..I scooped the redfin from a local res.Still got about 50 left in another tank.
The fish tank has 2 air lines, fish are happy, been testing water for a few weeks, things :) going well.

Big tank still has redfin with the trout.. Redfin 2 big for trout to eat

Still have 2 add some gravel to the grow beds,a little shallow on some

Fish&feathers has been an invaluable help with advise and tips on getting my set up up and running. A credit to this forum, thanks mate :)

will relocate second tank to the side of the glass house, and stock with silvers for summer :D

I think this may just work :D

Been to bendigo today to see Mizzie/s system it shows a nother way of doing things he has 2 3000 litre tanks running shift pist to the one set of grow beds [at the moment ] Rod is useing 90 mm pipe from both tanks ,After the tee then steps down to 50 mm to the grow beds [you should see the flow coming up from the bottom ] then from the grow beds to an ibc sump where theres 2 submersables running alternativley to the fish tanks[ one runs odd hours one runs even hours] theres 90 trout and a few reddies [he was not feeding enough we are increasing that slowley to max] All in all a beautiful running system and theres room for expansion
See the photos

What a great looking system!

Are those bathtubs resting completely on those skinny piles of bricks?
Wow, I'd tip one over in 10 seconds...
